PAYMENT/CONDITIONS

Upon acceptance of this application, an invoice will be forwarded to the Sponsor Co-ordinator’s email.

By signing the booking form, you confirm you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms cannot be replaced by other terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
Upon acceptance of the sponsorship, an invoice for $5,000 plus GST will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notice is required. If cancellation is made after 30 April there will be no refund. Cancellations up to 30 April will receive a 50% refund

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The liability of the organisers is limited for any loss suffered by a sponsor is limited to the value of sponsor fees paid. The organisers will not be liable for any consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or reputation.

FORCE MAJEURE
The organisers do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the Workshop being cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or any event beyond their reasonable control.

MISCELLANEOUS
The Laws of Victoria from time to time govern these terms and conditions. The organisers failure to enforce any of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any of the organisers rights. If a clause is unenforceable, the term may be severed from these terms, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining terms.
